    He's been looking that impressive for YEARS, and most of his career has played out on TV. (headlining on Spanish language broadcasts, then graduating to PPV undercards...)

    To put Russell's kayo into perspective, it took Rafa three times longer, roughly, to produce the same result. And Heriberto wasn't doing badly in that particular fight up until that point. Ruiz is a tough, strong guy who has given some good fighters lots of trouble...So it speaks well of this kid's ability and power to wax the guy so quickly.

    Yes.

    I've seen the overwhelming majority of Russell's professional matches (about a dozen). He's never struggled to knock anybody out while putting in serious effort to do so. You are making **** up, or didn't understand what you saw.
