Hate to say it as I'm a bigger fan of GGG and Canelo than I am of BJS, but he's got the style and ability to upset the apple cart against the current versions of each of them.

It's not the walk in the park for GGG it'd have been a couple years back. Not by a longshot.

Ive been anything but a Saunders fan in the past but he converted me tonight, that was an absolute joy to watch

Absolutely humiliated Lemieux from the first bell to the last, he made him look like an amateur. The showboating was absolutely glorious as well.

Thought both Lemieux and his team were absolutely classless at the end, sometimes you have to hold your hand up and say you got beat by the better man. Sore hand excuses and accusing Billy Joe of running was a disgrace.

Who the hell thinks Lemieux is that high on Golovkin's list??

    1) Jacobs
    2) Geale
    3) Murray
    4) Rubio
    5) Monroe Jr.
    6) Stevens
    7) Macklin
    8) Khomitsky
    9) Wade
    10) Proksa

    (runners-up Ishida, Ouma, Bouadla, Adama)

Those are his ten best wins omitting Lemieux. You can make a case for wedging him in around the 6-7 spot more realistically than #2.

I know I came off as a mad hater, but it is what it is.

Canelo and Jacobs were certainly "controversial" fights. And I would cite boxers, trainers, promoters, etc, not just this forum. Obviously, I acknowledge Canelo is controversial because almost every soul had Golovkin winning (though, most every soul had it 115-113, not the decapitation KO<4 that was guaranteed to happen; same with those who did score his bout with Jacobs to him).

Lemieux is his best win in a bout that he won that wasn't controversial. And it's head and shoulders above whomever you would argue is #4.

    It is what it is...

I know what you're saying and I'm not comparing these talents to BJS but..

Mayweather, Ward, Hopkins often bored their way to UD's and were called "geniuses" by American fans and American Commenators.

Why? Because they nullified their opponents and made it look easy, BJS did the same tonight.

I think there is an audience for that type of boxing, you only have to look in the forum to see thread after thread praising that style.

He looked pretty bad, but I still thought he won it, I think I scored it 116-112. 115-113 or 114-114 was fine, but he didn't lose.

I disagree with you here greatly.

And, to answer your question, everybody other than you.

Did Lemieux land 55 non-jab body shots?
