I don't even think it's that, I think it's more the do with how overweight and out of shape he's been the past 2 years, it was probably obvious he had no chance and if he was really driven by the money not the success he probably would of taken it for the millions he got offered

I personally have him at 3 or 4... I rate him above the rest of the list after Murray but I can see a case being made for Murray above him (if someone thinks Murray beat a shot Martinez I suppose... which some people did). Thats just me though, I wouldnt feel strongly enough about it to debate it. I just dont see a case for Rubio, Monroe or Stevens to be above Lemieux. (yes I know Rubio beat Lemieux years back) but I suppose I could see Murray being above him, I personally rate Lemieux higher though. So for me it goes

1 - Canelo (I dont care about the official card, but if someone does, just put Jacobs 1)
    2 - Jacobs
    3 - Lemieux
    4 - Murray

    ect, ect

Reason I have Lem above Murray is just because of the matchup. Murray had absolutely no way to beat G.... none. He wasnt going to hurt him, wasnt going to outbox him, wasnt going to outwork him. Literally he had a 0.0% chance to win to me. At least Lemieux had a punchers chance. When you include that I rate Lems victory over Ndam better than any of Murrays wins (and when you compare their performances showing their level against the common opponent Rosado) I edge it to Lemieux.

    again, thats just me.

But ya, calling him number 1 is obviously a stretch.

Vas No mas chenko is P4P#1 and BJS 2.0 is unquestionably the slickest fighter on the planet lol. Read it and weep. Nurse, ready the padded cells and put the entire goddamn ward on suicide watch!

These tears couldn't taste anymore delicious. What a smashing end to the year :risas3:

didn't count. obviously compubox thinks he landed at least 30-35. you really think he landed not one punch to the head? saunders face was pretty red to not have been touched.

his original post is to why he thinks Lemieux won one round. It was a close round because saunders didn't try to win it that's all. dancing around the ring not letting go vs a puncher ended up being more humilated to Lemieux even if he got a round he did nothing with it landed a few grazing shots.

...and I'm saying, rewind. Count what Lemieux touched him with in that round. Count what Saunders touched Lemieux with. Report back.

I didn't say that, just had to laugh at CompuBox saying he landed 55 power shots. I can probably count the solid shots he landed on my eight fingers and two thumbs.

So I've just been reading but I can't help but think that must of been tongue & cheek. Gypsys aren't really made like that they will happily fight anyone anywhere given the right circumstances.

you might be referring to his birth mark. and lemieux landed 11 body shots on one round those count as power shots they were body shots while saunders was backing up didnt get full effect but did land. now 44 more power shots in 11 rounds is 4 power shots by round average.

Saunders power shots that landed were clean.

    Can't.

    Watched on the web.

But from what I saw, Oscar was closer to winning the last round of the Tito fight than BJ winning the 12th this evening.

When you're faaaaaaar ahead and you got a mild scare in the 11th, Saunders finished off the way he should have-----safety first.
