his face was red aside from his birthmark. it was red on the left side of his face. birthmark is under his beard on the right.

Probably due to working up a little sweat, you never exercised before? Lemieux landed nothing of note in my opinion where I thought BJs took that well...

well 2 of the people on your list were knocked out by Lemieux so I'd put lemieux def above them.

    in no order
    Kell Brook
    Canelo
    Jacobs
    Martin Murray

    then Lemiuex

the time he fought geale and macklin they had nothing to left.

Golovkin still beat Lemieux far more easily than Saunders did.

Agree wholeheartedly, and don't forget, Lemieux put Stevens lights out, so he's clearly better than him, he'd flatten Monroe, kill Danni Geales, and arguably Rosado just beat Murray,, I scored it for him, and David has already beaten him.

Dude, Lemieux stunk it up, and hardly landed any punches through 12 rounds. I'm just pointing out that compubox seemed generous to him as far as connects.

and some people have red faces without being touched. as far as exercise, i am 51. of the generation where playing sports meant going outside, not turning on a video game.

Not really, it was almost exactly the same. You could make an argument Saunders beat him far easier, David landed a few shots on GGG, he barely touched Saunders.

Jacobs was a closer affair than Canelo (around 7-5 versus 8-4 or 9-3).

It was just that Jacobs didn't have a Byrdie in the judges seat.

It is what is it, in that Lem is his best uncontroversial win. Sure.

Doesnt change the fact that, to most of the boxing world, Lemieux is quite literally not Golovkins best win. Literally.

And if someone wants to go with the best 'non controversial win' route.... well damn. That goes for many fighters. Canelos wins over Trout, Lara and Cotto were all controversial. Those are his 3 best wins too. Whose the best guy that Canelo has actually dominated? Loma has a loss from one of the best hes fought, and has * surrounding one of his other best wins (37 year old that jumped two divisions), just to name two of the other top 5 or so p4pers resumes.

You can pull the 'non controversial' win card out with many fighters best wins.

meh... Im writing too much for something I dont really care that much about  I think its a bit disingenuous to say Lemieux is Golovkins best win, and I think most of the boxing world would agree with me, but to each their own.

I'd say the opposite actually. Golovkin didn't have an easier time just because he stopped him. That is Golovkin's way of beating a guy like David Lemieux. Saunders did it his way. Saunders had literally everything his way for every second of the match. I don't remember that quite being true for Golovkin.
