Because we all know he didn't turn down cotto. Unless you are gonna have us believe that eddie hearn is lying about conversations with HBO and Roc Nation.

Seriously don't think hearn would go and jeapodise any relationship with both parties by calling them both liars.

Yeah you know the truth and you know it never happened.

As for Bradley, this has been explained before. Brook was offered rubbish money and future options with top rank. Plus he would have gave up his IBF mandatory.

There was logic behind turning the fight down. It's argubale wether that was correct decision yes.

Hearn readily accepted the Cotto fight for July 18- Cotto doesn't want to fight.

He turned the Bradley offer down as it was late notice, poor purse with options when he was mandatory for the title. The fight didn't happen anyway and Bradley didn't even box anyone. Hearn says Bradley has been offered the Brook fight in July and doesn't want it.

I personally don't believe much that comes out of Hearns mouth, he is a self confessed salesman.

If Brook wants a big fight and some solid exposure in the US then why don't Hearn and Brook offer Spence Jr a shot?

Why wait until he becomes mandatory? It's a big fight.

Spence Jr is coming off a very good performance that made some noise and I have no doubt he will take the chance.

The problem is I don't believe Brook and Hearn deep down really want a "big fight" with a top name that is seriously dangerous.

    Are you being serious?

Why don't you ask the question if Spence and al haymon want the brook fight why don't they make an offer to kell brook right now?

Put yourself in kell's position. He waits until Spence is mandatory and he gets 75% of the split, fights in the UK with big crowd and live on sky PPV. Would you really give that up?

Spence and his team know where kell is and know he is waiting to make a fight so like I said before, why don't they make him an attractive offer to fight before the mandatory is called?

Don't get things twisted here. Spence team are perfectly happy to wait until the mandatory is called. They are in no rush to fight kell now.

Also if Spence and his team turn down the IBF final eliminator and go down another route. Don't be blaming kell come Q1 2017 when he has to fight a mandatory and it isn't against Errol Spence.

Hearn says he spoke to Haymon's representative about Spence, Thurman, Porter, Garcia and Peterson. I'm guessing the latter will be sacrificed.

I bet Brook wouldn't reject Cotto if he offered him a bum.

According to Hearn and Brook it isn't about the money anymore, it's about big fights that the fans want to see.

Spence Jr shouldn't be making the offers, Hearn should be, they keep saying they want big fights, dangerous fights, the onus is on Hearn and Brook to deliver them.

Spence Jr called Brook out after Algieri, I think he'd take it now but if he turned it down then of course you can't blame Brook.

Brooks defences have been nothing short of embarrassing, he is becoming a bit of a joke in my opinion. Brook needs a Spence more than Spence needs a Brook at this moment in time.

What next if it isn't Spence? Bradley Skeete?

Hell why doesn't brook just fight for free while we are at it.

Its a business and a short career. Unless kell gets a decent offer he should wait until Spence is mandatory.

You don't throw away 75% split when the fight is due to happen with early next year. That is pure madness!

Yes I agree he needs a big fight next but this talk of he has to fight Spence next is ridiculous. Errol Spence called out kell so it's up to his team to make an offer if they really want the fight.

If they make kell a very good offer and he turnes it down then yeah you have an argument but like I said before, there will be no offer as Spence team are in no rush to fight kell yet.

Why do people keep saying Peterson is a good fight? He is a legit 140'er!

Maybe good in contrast to who Kell has been fighting, but he should be fighting an elite name by now. He's a world champ with great company. And of fighting one of them towards the end of the years mean no summer fight, then so be it. As I'd rather see Kell face a top top name in the winter than another nobody in the summer!

It might have to do if the other guys won't fight Brook.
Peterson has won a world title at 140 when he proved too strong for Amir Khan. I'm sure Brook v Peterson will capture the fans interest.

Dan Rafael tweeted earlier that Hearn is in negotiations for Brook vs Jessie Vargas.
