Great night of boxing lined up for tonight - Guzman/Funeka and Bute/Andrade. I can't wait. I'm pulling for Andrade to get the stoppage this time, he's already shown he can stop Bute. If it had taken place 30 seconds earlier the fight would have been over. I think Andrade will be gunning for the KO and pressing the pace, moreso than last fight. My official prediction - Andrade KO 9.

As far as Guzman/Funeka, Funeka is such an awkward fighter. He gave Campbell hell, and has been the only man to stop slick boxer Zahir Raheem. Guzman is fighting in only his second fight at 135, but took the tough and experienced Humberto Soto to school at 130. Guzman has the better resume, but Funeka has a massive reach advantage being so tall. I think it's about 5 inches. If Funeka can stay on the outside, work the jab and land heavy straight rights he will be able to pull it off. Otherwise Guzman will chew him up and counterpunch him all night. Official prediction - Guzman UD.

My prediction is the complete opposite to yours.

Bute UD, Funeka KO (dont ask me why, more a gut feeling than anything, if not a KO I reckon a Funeka UD - as much as I like Guzman, he just wasted his talent).

I know I'm going with my heart in the Bute/Andrade fight. If I were a betting man I'd put money on Bute UD. But, I want Andrade to clear up that ****-storm from last time so badly that I'm sticking my neck out and saying he stops Bute.

Funeka is definitely a live fighter. Dude has pretty much all the physical advantages over Guzman, and he has good power. I think both fights are pretty close and should be exciting. None of that showcasing a prospect against a warm body tonight. I'm expecting two awesomely entertaining match-ups.

I'm way torn on Bute-Andrade. We all saw Bute get knocked out, so we know it can happen. But Andrade could be outboxed easily if Bute is smart (ala Dawson Johnson2). People always bring up that Andrade only needed 30 more seconds, but it is equally true that Bute only needs to last 30 seconds. I bet 300 vcash on Guzman ud. Nate handled funeka and I favored guzman to outslick campbell.
