Average Joe isn't stupid. This isn't Cotto vs Gomez. This is Cotto vs Margarito. It's a big fight.

Honestly if it doesn't do over 300k buys I will be shocked. This of course including good 24/7 coverage.

 

It'd be cool to have one. I'd like to see what Margarito is like, he's always seemed like a pretty cool guy.

And which open HBO slot do you suggest they put this on instead? Who really cares about the PPV numbers anyway? What's in it for you? How exactly is this bad in th long run? That really makes no sense. BEcause if this fight has the fireworks we all think it can, that will be passed by word of mouth. Same thing hapened with gatti - Ward, Chico - Corrales, and Izzy - Rafael.

I don't know why some posters try to sound like industry insiders.
