HBO crew a bit overdramatic with the hysteria in the paul williams fight?

Total bull****. Roy Jones of all people was talking about PW should retire lmao.

 

I agree.

Let's be honest- when you throw almost double the amount of punches that your opponent does, you're in with a good shout to pick up rounds. Yeah they weren't landing cleanly but PW was always working and coming forward. It was alot closer than made out to be. 8-4 or 7-5 Lara aren't ridiculous scores.

Also, Lara doesn't exactly hit incredibly hard/ throw punches in bunches. The first Martinez fight was faaar worse than this damage-wise to Williams. I thought HBO exaggerated quite a bit.
