    I vividly remember the build up to Lewis - Tyson. People kept saying how Tyson got into Lewis' head when he bit out a piece of Lewis' leg and threatened to eat his children.

    Did Tyson also have a psychological advantage going into the fight, thanks to his superior confidence? :deal
