HBO Feb. 2nd : Salido-Garcia / Lopez-Vazquez Jr.?

Awesome double header.

Seems like the all PR war will be the show stealer.

I think Garcia-Salido will be a tactical war.

 

Very nice card if it happens, both are good fights. I thought Lopez was having trouble making 126 so it will be interesting to see what weight this fight happens at. I could see the winners of these fights fighting each other afterwards unless its Salido-Lopez-I don't see a third fight happening there anytime soon.

 

Salido vs Mikey Garcia? a Mexican vs Mexican fight being held in Puerto Rico?......seems a bit odd in all honesty but hey a good fight is a good fight no matter where it takes place at.

 

Will this be Lopez comeback fight against Vasquez? Bad management IMO

 

Isn't JuanMa suspended until, like, March?

Sweet. This would be a great card. Both those fights promise a ton of action.

I actually saw Mikey Garcia walking around the Home Depot Center weekend before last.

 

This is too good to be true tho both fights are main events. High quality double header if it does happen. Salido-Garcia with all due respect should be the main event as its more significant and matchup alittle better. VqzJr has made a fan out of me and if Juanma can't land clean on him I think VqzJr after getting floored pulls the minor upset. He seems to be getting better and this won't be his first time at 126 he can handle himself there. He looked big at 122 anyways he should do fine. Has a pesky jab to give anyone fits too bad he doesn't have a higher ring IQ or lead right hand he would of been an elite.

 

Couple questions:

-Can JML make 126? Or would the fight be both of their essential debuts at 130?
-Isn't JML suspended until March?
