Why is there a disclaimer on an HBO card? It doesn't get anymore mainstream than that. It's basic cable TV.

Interesting to see HBO put GGG on a free weekend.

When Wilder was on a free Showtime weekend, his detractors tried to make a big deal of that somehow proving he wasn't a draw. Which means, of course, that GGG must not be one.

Hmmm.

HBO also put the Jurassic World premier on the free weekend. Guess they figure nobody wants to see that movie?

Actually, HBO and Showtime routinely put what they consider their attractions on free weekends in the hopes that non-subscribers will say "wow, look what I'm missing" and subscribe.
