    its funny watching
    hbo pretend that top middleweights
like pirog and golovin are not even alive

while never shutting up about martinez vs pac or money

lets see him actually prove himself to be the top middleweight

he fights mackin and guess what it was even till the
11th, so he might not be this dominant champ.

ps while not even mention pirog, golovin and geale
they mentioned strum as some super robbery(which i dont really think it was)

but i think they said he looked like a 50 year old
    why?

so again martinez wont have to fight him.

lets talk about him vs money lol

there is no need to mention that the first current
top 10 middleweight took him to the limit

and that better guys like pirog might actually beat him

Martinez is easily more proven than anybody else at Middleweight, and is older. It's understandable that he wants a big fight, and given that he's been shafted by HBO, Top Rank, and the WBC, he has a strong case to at least get the fight with Chavez Jr, even though I doubt he will. If he gives up on that, he'll likely take on the likes of Pirog, etc, if he can't find a better fight.

 Martinez beat the **** out of the guy who arguably defeated Sturm, who has not faced any of the last four linear middleweight champions before, during or after their respective reigns, the champs who held the title during the times Sturm has held "a" title. So, let's blame Sergio that Sturm is hoarding his scraps elsewhere, like usual. HBO doesn't need to push for a fight there's no reason to think would ever be made. And if anyone had it even with Sergio and Matthew going into the eleventh, they simply cannot score a fight. Golovkin isn't even the real WBA champion-Sturm is. Pirog would be a great fight, but right now he's just a guy with one of the straps that was taken from Martinez unfairly. Blah, blah, blah.

Dan Rafael said they are making a Geale-Pirog unification bout on HBO in August.

I really really hope this happens. HBO need to get Golovkin on TV too. Genuine KO power and fun to watch.

Sturm aint leaving Germany anyway so might as well ignore him in context to Martinez.

It is laughable. How a former featherweight is being mentioned before legitimate middleweights is beyond me. I'd rather see Williams get another shot before I'd consider Pacquiao.

    Id like a Sturm fight

Sturm has been in the title scene for almost a decade hasnt lost in years, has decent pop, a very good jab and a puzzling high guard that many dont know how to attack

Martinez struggles against high guard jabbers Sturm would be the best at the weight

Pavlik tried to get the fight but i think he priced himself out, not sure if Taylor was ever interested but he was fighting 154 pound champs

Hopkins was never interested in that fight i would imagine

    If not Sturm maybe Golovkin

The former featherweight is a draw in HBO's home market. The legitimate middleweights are not. Not saying it's right or wrong, but HBO doesn't give fights out for charity.

Pirog and Golovkin would ass **** the 160lb Chavez. It's a shame Chavez gets so much hype because what has he done in his career? Past Prime Manfredo? He wasn't even top 20 IMO. Rubio? Good win, He looked better then before in that fight, Problem was he was a seemingly roided up CRUSIERWEIGHT come fight night!!!! WTF! People should force Chavez to do Weigh ins the afternoon of the fight!

Geale-Chavez ( Normal sized ) is 50-50. Geale could outbox him.
    Sturm-Chavez... Er around 50-50. Sturm's fading.
Macklin-Chavez is 70-30. Macklin brawls the **** outta him imo.
Martinez-Chavez is 80-20 if Chavez is normal sized, Sergio schools him.
Lee-Chavez is 60-40 if Chavez isn't 180lbs. Lee outboxes him, close fight.

Stop hyping this joke of a MW and get all these talented European's over here HBO! I could care less if Chavez Jr is the son of a legend that doesn't matter.
