    Lord have mercy I've just noticed Avila's ring attire. Pink and gold? Seriously? Absolutely no excuse for such abysmal lack of colour clash awareness. Hand on heart I don't ever recall seeing those two colours together on any item of clothing before. This is even worse than that lego-haired clown Danny Garcia's attire he wore for the Peterson fight. Obviously I'm not wishing it on him but truth be told Avila deserves to be carried out on a stretcher for a fashion crime of this magnitude :patsch

    Jabs traded at mid-range, both cautious. Salinas is throwing big dramatic can-opener left hooks and spinning himself around while Avila ducks. This happens several times, until the ref gets annoyed with having to separate them every time a punch is thrown. Salinas is quicker on the draw with his jab and making slightly more contact although neither is really scoring well. Avila clubs Salinas across the back with his right fist in a clinch. Avila lunges in with a right hand and eats a couple of light counter left jabs.
