Undercard was put together VERY well! Great fights, action packed and helped but Floyd deserves the credit.

    No particulars, but...

    -----------

    Chris (Appleton, WI)

Is there any word on how well the theatre showings for Mayweather vs. Marquez did?

    Dan Rafael (12:20 PM)

I am told they did extremely well, playing to about 70 percent capacity, far more than expected.

Yeah, it's never Floyd, it's always the opponent lol. Floyd never gets any credit because he deserves none. Big mouth Floyd who calls black folk uncle Tom, beats up women, shoots at people, never pays taxes, has to ride the coattails of Dlh and Hatton in ppv's, and lastly, he rode JMM's coattails to earn a mil in ppv revenue lol... Good ole Floyd:lol:

Wow, lol... Man, if Cotto-Dapidran does not break 500,000 ppv's I'm going to eat boiled eggs, eat a garbage can full of baked beans, drink a dose of Citric of Magnesium, take a spoon full of Castor Oil, take up smoking, drink a gallon of milk, drink a cup of coffee, and ****, shart, **** all over you Pac fans lol.

Time for Dan Rafael to man up and shave that beard. I want to see it on sportscenter.

If Marquez is the one who brought all of the fans and was the A side, how come he got paid a 1/3 what Floyd received?

So the rematch with Pacquiao wasn't worth tuning in for? Or the fight against the undefeated and highly regarded Chris John? Or his first fight at 135 for a title?

not sure about 850,000 buys by Mexican/Mexican Americans alone, but they sure accounted for at least half. If the ppv is 1.6 as some have stated it can reach, than 850,000 would be about right. As it stands at 1mil, split it in half IMO.

So if, according to you, so many people tuned in 'because they wanted to see Marquez beat Floyd' having never before paid to see Marquez PPV fights, how do we translate that as 'Marquez bringing them to the table'?
