Barrera getting back to what was working in round 1, is working the body then going upstairs. He landed a really good right hand, that stunned Smith. Another shot knocks Smith off balance. Right hand is there for Barrera as well as the body. These fight 2 rounds showing that this is a good matchup.

Good fight so far. Barrera is outworking him, but Smith equalizes it with that power. Be interesting to see if Smith's chin starts caving in before he is able to hit Barrera with another big shot. Barrera seems to be fading all ready.

Round 2 not as dominant as the first two and a half minutes of round, but Barrera avoided the power, landed the clean punches and easily dictated the round as a boxing match. 19-18 Smith.

 

When Barrera fought Ward we all thought he was a bum, now we know he is a decent fighter

Smith is always one punch from ending the fight but he can't continue eat those punches. It will take it's toll in the later rnds.
