Well, Cotto did gut out the 12th. Looked pretty classy outboxing and outthrowing Ali. Exhausted at the finish line though. A draw? Did Cotto take 7 rounds? I thought he won the 8th and 9th, and the 1st that a lot of you gave to Ali.

 

So many of these rounds could be all over the place. A lot of us are conflicted, as are Harold and Max...

 

How are some of you and Harold giving Ali the 12th? He didn't do ****.

Cotto is trying for the KO but can't put together more than a couple of hooks at a time. Ali is just frolicking across the ring in a victory lap. Cotto is tentative at mid-range, stepping in to jab and getting countered with light jabs. Lots of hopping in place by Cotto, unable to muster a big rally. Ali just sprinkling jabs into the air from medium-long range. Ali getting very bold, stepping in and hooking the body. Cotto holds and lands a rabbit punch just before the bell and the crowd appreciates the effort, but too little too late.
