wow what a ****in uppercut! he wound that thing up from way back and unloaded on miranda. still not sure why they stopped it right then, though... he seemed alright.

 

Nice upper cut, terrible stoppage.

Super middles should definitely stay out of Montreal. ****, Bute was down for 16 seconds and they let him continue, Miranda is up and ready to go, and they stop in the third, after one punch???

anyone got the same channel as me on? didn't show the bute fight, still showing fights from earlier I think? when is the pav fight due to start.

 

Stoppage was fine, Miranda was still off balance at the end of the count.

 

It was the third round and that was the first hard shot he took all fight. You should abosolutely let that continue.

Could he not continue?, is that why it was stopped. Cus he was on his feet and Iv seen people in much worse positions. And nice punch but it seemed like Miranda was diving in a swimming pool when he hit the deck.

Well... Miranda landed 15% of his punches, less than 20% for Andrade, and 10% for Zuniga. I think Bute has a pretty decent defense.

 

Miranda threw a punch when he was nearly horizontal and then flopped on the canvas like a fish.

Yeah, I agree the stoppage was a bit early. Although you can see Miranda drifting back as if he is looking for the ropes to hold on late in the count.

 

it was a good call... in my opinion... miranda was in dream land... and even if they didn't stop it then... it would have been a slaughter in the next minute or so...

well yeah, that's obvious. my **** just kind of froze when they stopped it and all i saw was miranda standing there seeming OK.
