HBO needs to stop trying to sell Americans guys just because they're from here.

Sure I want to but that doesn't mean I don't want to see American fighters as well. It's not like they only show American fighters only.

There are certain fighters they just recycle. Examples are:

    Paulie Malignaggi
    Juan Diaz
    Rocky Juarez
    Nate Campbell
    Robert Guerrero
    Daniel Ponce De Leon

These fighters are all washed up and/or have no fans(With the exception of Guerrero and sort of De Leon)

If they are an American based promotional outfit would it not make sense that they focus on American based fighters? Sky sports and others find it easy to cross pollinate talent. The fan bases are a hop skip and a jump away.

I am sure they would be more than happy to feature other talents, but unlike most of the world, the US is a veritable island. Unless fighters are willing to fight in The States or US fighters are willing to fight globally AND HBO will send their television team (EXPENSIVE)? It isn't happening.

Are you going to absorb the costs? HBO damned sure isn't. Especially when Boxing revenue is declining.

You can't ask for things without giving any thought as to why they aren't happening.

I wish Berto would move back to Haiti and never step in a ring again.

Most have heard about the Hopkins negotiations, but what's the story with Jones? Never heard about that. Was this before or after the quotes from JC about Jones? Were they close to a fight?

Why? The hate Berto is getting here is ridiculous. The guy comes to fight and is an exciting fighter. I wish you would log off and never post again.

its true to a degree but HBO and Showtime are american companies so im sure they see it as more lucrative to keep it at home. eitehr way its big business
