HBO offers Carl Froch four fight deal - Cobra on the rise in the US

    After the rematch with Kessler and his first fight, HBO offers a four fight contract with the names of Kessler, Ward, Chavez Jr. & Golovkin.

    To the US posters? How is Carl Froch seen over there? He has boxed now on both Showtime & HBO (Also on EpiX) and made some great fights, i didn't quite understand why the f*ck Showtime pulled out of the Bute fight, but luckily Epix bought it. Also i like to point out, he had several fights broadcasted on HBO & Show on european soil (Dirrell, Kessler, Abraham & Kessler 2) Which rarely happens to an european fighter. How does Boxing America see Carl Froch? Also compared to Ward? Isn't he the european fighter with must appeal to the US fans?

    On subject, i think he stops both Kessler and Julio Cesar Chavez (Think he would annihilate Chavez Jr. - His power won't be as effective at SMW and has to be prepared to absorb harder punishment at Super Middleweight) Golovkin might trouble him, but i think Carl can take him into deep water and if Golovkin moves up then his power won't be as effective, but still very very dangerous. I think Ward beats him again, but i think Carl learned from that fight and the only real war he has been after the Ward fight, is Kessler who hit him a couple of times, but not very often, so he might not aged that much contrary than what people think :bbb

    Froch's willingness to seek out and take on the best has endeared him to alot of US fight fans. He has come a long way in our eyes since the Dirrell fight, regardless of who thought who won. He has a lot of fans over here. Far more than most European fighters I'd wager.

    Showtime and hBo dropped the ball with the bute fight.

    He is well known to boxing fans over here. I think it would be a good move by Froch and HBO. Those 4 names listed for HBO would be big fights. I like Froch and I'm a big fan of his. Hope he takes the deal from HBO.

    HBO is trying to get anybody they can get. I heard that they were trying put ole George Foreman back to work.:lol::lol: Just kidding gents, straighten your faces back up.
