    Don't believe you judges never get it wrong. Holyfield deserved his draw. Sweet Pea should have lost to JCC and according to Pac fans Marquez threw away his chance to win. He literally threw it into the audience and refused to fight. just stood still with his gloves up

    See there is more evidence there that it was close fight 43% had it Draw. Thats a pretty big percentage for people that are clearly saying JMM whipped Pacman.

    Ah *******s. Dont you get it? Whether either percentage points to a draw or a Marquez victory the point is Manny didn't win. Whether your in America or Philipines the majority is not convinced Manny won. What happened to peoples champion when mostly everyone didnt think he won?

    The crucial part here is the large amount of people who has it as a draw. Judging 12 rounds of boxing is highly subjective. Those in the 43% could swing on either side. I'm not saying JMM nor Pacquiao clearly won. Just that it is not a robbery and that that poll supports it.

    You could have a better case for a robbery if the poll looks like this.
    JMM = 73%
    Draw = 15%
    Pacquiao = 12%

    Or even this.
    JMM = 67%
    Draw = 5%
    Pacquiao = 28%

    You mean like the HBO fan poll clearly showed.......

    HBO fan poll had

    64% Marquez
    29% Pacquiao
    7% draw

    HBO poll of the boxing media

    46% Marquez
    12% Pacquiao
    42% draw

    12% had Pacquiao winning, and most if not all those had him up 1 or 2 points.

    Of the 46% of boxing writers that had Marquez winning, alot of them had him winning wide.
    Yet, its Pacquiao that gets his hand raised at the end.
    This my friend constitutes a robbery.
    .....and its not the first time its happened either. The 2nd fight had similar poll result numbers.

    What a coincidence that both times its Pacquao that gets his hands raised despite Marquez wiping the floor with him in these polls.

    Yes, like that. Those numbers is a good case for a robbery. That's all I am saying. I am merely commenting on the numbers on this thread.

    I don't generally put much stock in polls, but if the HBO fan poll is used as an accurate indicator of who should have won, then clearly a robbery has occurred. Using the HBO poll of the boxing media would give an indication of a very close fight. In addition to the majority not picking Marquez to win, another thing to take into account is that there is certainly a portion of the 46% of boxing writers who picked Marquez who scored the fight narrowly for Marquez (i.e. 115-113 or closer). Although I scored Pacquiao the winner on fight night, I don't have any issues at all with claims of a Marquez victory... scores beyond 116-112 for Marquez seem far fetched, though.

    It probably was.

    Once again, since some people just can't seem to understand the concept:

    the poll results are whatever HBO decides to say they are. What makes you think they were accurately reported? Just how naive can you be?
