    Just stop.

    They weren't excuses

    I called it.

I predicted they'd screw him again.

    I knew they would.

    I don't make **** up.

I believed it and I was proven right

You told me I was wrong.

    I was proven right emphatically

Nothing you can say change that

    Just stop

Just accept the fact that I called it and was proven right

The fight was stopped because Kovalev quit and couldn't protect himself.

High shorts is it, my god you're so biased its unreal. Earlier in the round Kov mentioned to the ref about a low blow which the cameras missed(For now) and the ref said continue fighting. Is Kov supposed to take a knee after getting hit in the nuts and the ref saying fight on? I'm pretty sure he'll lose points for that. At the end of the fight Kov was on the ropes and Ward hit him with 3 low blows, which should have resulted in points deduction and a 5 minute rest period for Kovalev. It dosen't matter how far gone you think Kov was, those were low blows as the camera clearly shows and no matter how hard you think Kov was hurt during that time he by the laws of boxing should have had that rest period.

Just because somebody may look like they are fading fast, and get finished with 3 low blows does it make it legal to finish a fight with such tactics. Kov was mugged tonight. I'm not going to say robbed, this was a pure and simple mugging which may have took years of his career.

    Astonishing they're defending that.

Trust me when the film study tapes come out you'll see a lot more of CoWard's fouling

I'll be right about that too

I deal in reality. In reality, both Kovalev and Ward had their trunks on the line of their belly button.

Now these are abnormal high trunks....

Haha what? Are you claiming a low blow took years off his career? I think being dominated physically and mentally by Ward might do that but not a low blow.

I'm stating, rabbit punches, headbutts and low blows will take years off any fighters career. Do you know what damage resistance is? Was Kessler the same after he fought Ward?

It's because it was Andre Ward. People don't like him and can't divide themselves from their ridiculous bias.

Wow, you are actually claiming that? Getting dominated is what changes fighters mentally. That's what happened with Kessler, and he was still good enough to beat Froch.
You know boxing is a contact sport where they get punched in the head right?

Are rabbit punches, low blows and headbutts allowed as well because that's what Ward did tonight, and to Kessler?

That last one was low, but it was only after an onslaught of legal and borderline punches. But I can't really sit here and call that intentional or particularly dirty. Kovalev is hunched over leaning forward in pain. Ward is trying to finish the fight by landing a body shot. He has no way of knowing where Kovalev's belt line is when he throws that punch. When you slow it down and show only that single punch, you can easily conclude that Weeks should probably have took a time out call it a low blow and gave Kovalev 5 minutes. However you have to understand that it wasn't like that low blow just came out of nowhere. Prior to that Ward had Kovelev in all kinds of trouble. So if Weeks had given Kovalev 5 minutes, Ward's supporters would argue Ward was robbed of stoppage.

There's no doubt about it that showing that slow mo replay of just that punch makes it seem like it was unfair, but when you consider what happened prior to that, it is NOT something that should have resulted in a DQ or a point deduction. I can see the argument that Kovalev should have been given a count and allowed to continue, but you really need to look at the whole sequence that preceded that low blow to judge it in its entirety.

Did you just state a low blow in boxing is fine, just so it keeps the fans happy?
