Yeah I agree. Neither are p4p #1. I thought you were implying they weren't top 10. I rate GGG and Canelo over Rigo right now though just due to activity and actually fighting top guys. When is the last time Rigo fight a GGG, Canelo, or Jacobs? It's hard to tell where he's at and he's almost 40. For me my p4p list is
1. Ward(I really rate Loma/Crawford skills above but they haven't fought a Kov)
2. Crawford/Loma-pick em
3. Crawford/Loma
Then I'd put Golovkin and Canelo(kinda similar to Crawford/Loma) after that.

 

That's a dishonest assessment of a fight and you know it.

 

Everyone's talking about the 118-110 when 114-114 was just as bad

 

Canelo showed everything in this fight and he could not get the job done.

My card was within the realm of reason - Lederman and many other credible posters had it the same or similar. I could see a round or two swinging Canelos way, but nothing more than that. a 116-112 or 117-111 loss is the best case scenario for him.

I think Canelo is a better boxer, and also think he'd win a rematch yes. Holy cow can GGG take a shot though. He got hit with some massive shots and it didn't faze him.

 

114-114 is closer to a 7-5 call either way but 10-2 is criminal.

Oscar must have paid her too much and she over compensated.

 

115-113 Canelo with a lot of close rounds is how I had it. Not the smartest fight by Canelo who seemed overly concerned with his stamina and Mexican machismo. I knew when ggg went into touch em up mode (vs cleaner work by Canelo) it would be in his favor. If I was Canelo, rematch immediately, a win is there for him if he's smarter.

 

He can improve his pacing, he won't have to be so wary about GGG's power in a rematch.

 

Those top 3 are the absolute clear #1-#3 agreed.

 

Golovkin should just fight Saunders next and become undisputed. **** Goldengirl and Canelo.

Eubank Jr would absolutely destroy Canelo on that showing, it would be a similar fight with young Christopher's iron chin absorbing every blow and his mental output running Canelo down against the ropes for every single round.
