    Well they do matter, but are not the only indicator you are right. I didn't score that round for Canelo regardless, having a 10 second cameo in a round where you are being jabbed to death for 2mins 50secs isn't winning a round for me.

    Honestly, I can't fathom how it would work with those punches flying in, but imo that was a complete fix they were all in on. Probably worth what... a few hundred million? The Byrd card was so wide to lend some credence to the idea that a draw was feasible? Of course, this would mean GGG is also a ****?

    They don't, if they did judges would use them to factor into their score. That's why Chocolatito could outland Thai Guy by almost 200 punches in the first fight and lose.

    The 6th and 7th were the closest rounds of the fight, I thought Canelo deserved them. But GGG absolutely won 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11. And only needed one more to win it. 115-113 GGG.

    A bunch of us told the entire forum this was going to happen and we got shouted down and called shook and scared. Claimed we had pre fight excuse all picked out then it goes down exactly how we said it would.

    I scored it 7 -5 GGG 115-113. could of been 116-112 GGG. 114-114 maybe... but I think GGG deserved the win for sure . can't really find a way to give alverez better then 114-114 and I get GGG up to 116-112 so yea. shame that one judge messed it up.

    Just rewatched the match. No way Canelo took 7th round - no way. Golovkin win this round cleanly. For rounds 6 i agree.
    Even if you are super biased and give close rounds to Canelo and little push, at best he get this rounds:
    1-2-3-6-12. I`m sorry but thats all you can give to him with little bias.
    And that is a 5 rounds, so he still lose with bias on his side ....

    Round 12 Alvarez 10-9 Razor Close

    116-112 Golovkin

    115-113 is fine as well, 114-114 is a stretch.
