Yeah, I wouldn't have gone that way, either. I wouldn't say that Cintron has a shaky chin by any stretch of the imagination, and Martinez isn't a big puncher. His competition has been lacking, too. Not the best quality of opponents.
ROFL. Understood. I think we've all done that at one point or another. For me it was Leonard over Norris.
I spent 2 years around cintron at Klitschko camps.... Cintron is very very shaky Mentally . Will be interesting to see what happens to him..as soon as things start to not go his way... he starts to fall apart
First round over. Slow, plodding and very "measuring" round. If I HAD to pick a winner, It'd be Martinez. Lennox Lewis is ripping on Margarito right now. Lennox said Margarito HAD to know then again Lennox sounds a lil tipsy tonight.
Cintron and Martinez are letting go but they've pretty much already lost the crowd. Cintron is looking to get right hand happy, Martinez is looking to frustrate Cintron anyway he can. Kermit looking for the right and trying to time but Martinez just won't cooperate right now. Cintron still timing, Martinez taking advantage of it. Martinez happy to hold and Cintron looks clueless as to how to break that up.
I am seeing some improvement on Cintron boxing skills. That a good thing. Lets see if he can keep it up
Kermit now trying to let go a little bit more but he's STILL way too right hand happy right now. Martinez is clinching way to much and the ref needs to tell him something. Kermit has either no confidence in his left or WAAY too much confidence in his right, if he takes what Martinez is giving to him he can knock him out.
