HBO screwed over Kovalev and the fight with Stevenson

Please explain this new automatic bonus for P4P rankings. I fail to see it in Rigo-Agbeko, which is on Ward-Rodriguez level in terms of having a P4P guy fight someone decent - but nothing more.

Even in Donaire-Rigo, both were P4P and purses were 1.3M & 750K... still 1M short of 3M paid for Ward-Rodriguez. :huh

HBO fukked up with Ward-Rodriguez, and Stevenson won't take their bull****. :good

 

Nor should he, so I agree with this.

I don't know why the first thing that comes out of some some posters' pen, is the disrespect of saying Stevenson has ducked. Such immature posters should instead grow up and encourage Kovalev to also cross over to Showtime for more money, or try to get more money from HBO. That would be the decent thing for fans to say.

In this life, you're only as good as what you negotiate - reward wise. After all, this is prize fighting.
