I don't get all the fuss about nuthuggin commentary. They been doin it for yrs for their house fighters and they'll never stop.

I've never let it bother me in the fight. LL sucked on commentary, not due to nuthuggery, but just plain bein bad on the mic. Favoritism I can put up with. It don't interfere with my enjoyment or scoring of the fights. At the end of the day, the fighters decide the outcomes. What the announcers are sayin don't mean jack ****.

 

Replace that unqualified clown Kellerman with Steve Farhood and I'm with you.

HBO needs to remedy its mistake in hiring that dweeb and get a real commentator like Bernstein, ASAP. The sooner Kellerman is giving his walking papers, the better off boxing will be.

 

He may not have paid his dues the old-fashioned way to get there, Zak (and he does often wear his fanboy agenda on his sleeve, and develop unseemly man-crushes on certain boxers...and he's got that weird bug-eyed thing going on) but you've gotta give him his due - the man knows his boxing. He's also far more capable of articulating himself intelligently than Merchant or Lampley at this point, and unlike Papa has more of a personality than an over-baked holiday fruitcake.

 

Larry Merchant shits on Kellerman, Lampley is having a bad year.

 

Kellerman is awful. I don't know how the hell he got that job.

 

If memory serves me right, didn't Kellermans brother get killed by a boxer?? it would explain a lot lmao

 

I like Farhood, but why on Earth do you like Bernstein? :huh

 

why so much hate for Max? I personally think he does a good job for hbo boxing.
