Floyd will fight Cinco de Mayweather. You can count on it! Floyd is the PPV king. Cotto-Martinez was a FLOP. Canelo-Angulo (two mexicans) was a big FLOP.

 

Wasn't a brilliant win at all. He schooled that fool. It wasn't even competitive. A B-level Maidana did better than CANelo. Canelo had no choice but to go to HBO. He tried to dethrone the king and FAILED!

Canelo/Oscar just went with a better deal, that's all it happens to be. I personally like hbo more than showtime , but both put on good boxing fights and I won't go out of my way to hate one company just because one boxer Is signed to them. You know other boxers aside from pac and floyd do exsist, so far my favorite fight this year was lucas vs molina, you can't deny that was a great fight on shotime. Also it was sweet to see the beating chino put broner. Get off pac's **** duck master.

Nope upper limit of that division is 154. If a fighter can't make 152, then WTF is he doing fighting in that division? That's the high end for that division. Canelo's skill is draining weight and having a size advantage. Never mind that Canelo said he would go to 150 to fight Floyd but then backtracked like a *******.

 

Yep, but the *****'s went into overload because Pacquiao fought at a catchweight and worked with Ariza, yet it's fine for Mayweather to do it.

 

Pacquiao did fight at a catchweight, and came in over the limit and got KTFO by Torrecampo. He's been the catchweight king for his entire career more than any other boxer in history.

 

If Manny vs Floyd happens then it will be like LL vs Tyson......meaning a joint venture between the two cable companies.

 

You can't deny pac's or Floyd's good wins, but you have to accept a catchweight was a advantage for both pac and floyd in their fights. You cant say it only benefited floyd and not pac, can't have it both ways.

I don't like catchweights and do believe the opponent does have a advantage and it sucks.

 

Well I suppose that's fine. Mayweather also fights at catchweights, and doesn't even bother to make them sometimes. ala Marquez.

 

Canelo is an undefeated fighter. being a walking dead zombie who couldn't even move at 152 counts against nothing.

He's taking that date…Showtime WILL not approve a fight to run against it. Floyd has no choice in the matter.

 

Wasn't a title fight. What's the big deal? Nothing on the line except a sparring session off a vacation. What we can agree to is Floyd shouldn't get Canelo's title, as if he needed it.

 

Floyd vs Robert, Ortiz and Miadana aren't any better........unfortunately for us fans. The rematch with Bradley was supposed to be competitive since he "won" the first fight and he was a p4p fighter, but let's be honest.....Tim didn't come close to making it as difficult a fight that Miadana created for Floyd in their first meeting.
