I like Ortiz and Berto but why can't Hbo also show guys like

    Calderon
    viloria
    solis
    Nonito
    Gamboa
    Kessler
    Montiel
    Mares
    JM lopez
    Caballero
    bernard dunne

I can list ton's more guys, I put a lot of smaller guys in the list cause thats who HBO mostly avoid. But look at some name like Viloria, Solis, Dunn just had a fight of the year type of fight this year. Lopez, Nonito, Gamboa, calderon, has such a huge potential to be great or are already there in teh case of calderon. The rest of the people are MIA cause they don't put them on air, so fans forget about them. Why are they trying to feed us guys they like. Let the fans decide.

Why aren't HBO showing them. Is it cause there small fighters, foreigners with no fanbase, or their not Golden boy fighters?

HBO really has no love for smaller fighters (like the Solis and Calderon style fighters).

Dunne hasn't been in the United States since 2004 and I can't think of the last time HBO went to Ireland.

Nonito Donaire fights at another weight class HBO neglects.

Caballero fights mostly out of Panama and other spanish speaking countries. That and Showtime usually jumps at the opportunity to broadcast his fights.

Gamboa has been on HBO the same amount of times he's been in Showtime. No bias there.

As per Montiel? It's a mixture of things. For one, Montiel is sort of a staple on the Latin Fury PPVs and other Top Rank assorted PPVs. Arum uses him to give some much needed respectability to the latin fury events (to offset the shenanigans of one JCC Jr).

As per Kessler, well Mikkel has to friggin FIGHT before anyone can showcase him.
