Nonsense, they're giving him another chance. Obviously they took his complaints seriously and understand why he got pissed. If they ignored him it would be far worse, they actually prove they care with this move.

Watched this fight when I was in Miami and I have to say Malignaggi clearly won the fight I dont know what fight the judges were watching.

    Right I agree.

If HBO wanted Paulie Malignaggi to be forgotten, They could easily accomplish that.

Diaz should give Paulie the remacth in New York, the fight was close no doubt, but lets see him prove himself like Paulie did in his hometown.

The fight would be a dud in the Staples Center as in it wouldn't sell IMO.

    Why not Chicago? or Connecticut?

Lame? I thought the fight was prety good and it had a decent matchup between two world class fighters. I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch... although in a rematch I might favor Diaz even though I thought Malignaggi won the original.

Sides in the eyes of the boxing public, there's a wrong that has to be righted.

HBO is doing the right thing for once and they're getting heat? Come on now.

    everyone knows who won :deal

would rather see paulie fight urango ....get his ibf back

    or face bradley,alexander,khan :think

i can see the khan fight happening soon

i think warren will want to hype a khan v hatton match
    by khan beating paulie
BUT...i think it will backfire on them
they need a 140 guy for khans 1st title defence
and will underestimate paulie with his lack of power
    paulie will school khan
and if paulie EVER gets another KO on his record
    it will be khan

That would be great...although I figure they'll probably be another GBP vs Top Rank fight on the undercard IF there even is one. Chances are it'll just be the main event due to the late start time.
