1.Julio Cesar Chavez Jr vs Sergio Martinez-winner.

(If Martinez loose to Chavez jr he will be replaced with Peter Quillin).

    2.Gennady Golovkin.

    3.Dmitry Pirog.

    4.Daniel Geale.

There will be two semifinals and one final.

Some cry baby will be a cry baby and not do it though.

I'd love to see a Martinez Golovkin final (which is what it'd be if they weren't paired sooner)

    That's be a ****ing war.

Source? I can't see DiBella being crazy about this, nor do I think Golden Boy would bother with having their only American fighter involved when he's largely been a Showtime fighter.

This is a disgrace and basically amounts to slavery from HBO. If Daniel Geale was to beat say Gennady Golovkin then he deserves to fight an easier fight in his hometown for a big pay day rather than be FORCED straight away to have to fight someone like Pirog.

The audacity here from HBO is sickening. You can't expect a fighter to sign a contract like this that would be signing his life away.

It likely won't happen for precisely this reason. While none of these guys will be able to make hometown defenses for as much money as Sturm and Sylvester, I doubt they'll all want to close themselves off from that opportunity for the next year.

Exactly. These lads need to be looking at the Cleverly/VVarren dreamteam to see what it takes to create an International money making superstar.

Poorly matched fights for meaningless titles has been slowly killing boxing. Anything that provides better fights is worth investigating.

Daniel Geale could make double the money with a Mundine rematch in Australia then fighting anyone in the top 5.

Probably true. But not sure money is Geale's primary focus at the moment.
