Trading hooks! Lo Greco gets in a right hand to push Sostre to the ropes. Every time Lo Greco opens up with his slow hooks (landing quite a few) Sostre is able to hunker down and get leverage on a flush hook of his own, nestling in at the bottom of Lo Greco's jaw and halting his momentum. Sostre is dancing away with his hands down and then flicking jabs, ducking before Lo Greco can retaliate.

Round 3

Lo Greco is forcing his way in with a slow and steady jab. Sostre has become totally negative, his body language not at all indicative of the start he enjoyed. Lo Greco keeps bossing him around with the basic jab, reaching for the body with wild low slashes but not quite reaching beyond a few nicks and scrapes. No offense from Sostre, although he's defending well with foot and body movement.

Round 4

Lo Greco is coming forward, arms squeezed together and flat against his face. Sostre busily slaps at him from either side, blocked. Lo Greco is warned for something, apparently leading with his head. BIG volley by Lo Greco, overhand rights and left hooks, throwing with full power and keeping Sostre pinned against the ropes for a moment. Sostre tries to duck and roll out of harm's way, rubbernecking. Jabs to the body by Lo Greco. Sostre misses his own jab and gets hooked into the ropes.

Round 5

Body shots swooping in by Lo Greco. Sostre is ducking and fishing for counters. Lo Greco is warned sternly after a head clash opens a small cut on Sostre. Next time he leads may be a point. Sostre whips a left hook into Lo Greco's face with a hands-down stance and then backs away, using just shake-no head movement to make Lo Greco miss. Nice 1-2 by Sostre lined up as Lo Greco is diving in looking for a body shot. Lo Greco comes running in with clubbing shots, pushing Sostre into the corner.

Round 6

Lo Greco is working the body, getting close and touching Sostre up with left hooks and crushing rights. Sostre isn't able to keep him off or summon the strength to adequately tie him up. Lo Greco just keeps banging his sides and tossing overhands to the head as parting gifts when they break from the inside. Sostre is holding on weakly now, looking tired. Lo Greco appears to be running out of steam with his punches, however, just brushing Sostre with an uppercut while leaned up against him.

I don't know man, he's really, really slow compared to any elite welter and the KD didn't seem like a fluke to me. Sostre isn't a power puncher, he just timed the guy and exploited his poor defense.
