yeah froch wasn't being sarcastic was he.... I'm not a huge froch fan but one thing you can't say is he ducks anybody. If the fight makes sense, no doubt froch will fight him. Golovkin keeps clearly stating he wants to fight at 160 so i'v no idea why people keep mentioning froch & ward...

 

He, or his trainer, mentioned anyone up to 175. He just clarified on Saturday that he meant if it's a PPV. So that clears that up. Golovkin vs Ward is PPV in my book but it would probably do low numbers.

You know, I was looking back at fights and thinking about it to decide that HBO Boxing really has become crap the last couple years.
Showtime really is the première Boxing network of the two and as things stand, the gulf looks like it will wider even further as time goes on.

I don't know who's in charge over there, but I'm pretty sure his last name is Goldman, Somethinwitz, or something along those lines.
Anyway, whoever it is they should be fired and replaced by Don King who may be a crook, but I don't doubt who evers in charge at HBO is an even bigger crook.
With King, at least he's a crook who truly understands how to put together competitive and meaningful fights that are lightyears beyond the crap HBO has been producing.

It's not the fact that Froch made the statement but how Max and Lampley embellished it , all the while making google eyes like two gossiping bitches. They have a national platform and what they say effects how people that don't know but like boxing judge fights and fighters. There is more to boxing than that bull****. They are only interested in the entainment side of boxing and not the art. I can't stand them two ho's.
