They tried to make the size difference as close as possible, it's ridiculous. HBO's TALE on OSCAR vs FLOYD before This content is protected fight night They didn't showed Oscar's weight as usual... This content is protected HBO's TALE on OSCAR vs. PAC Showed oscar's weight? This content is protected PAC's last two fights before oscar. Check out the reach compare to the oscar fight... :huh This content is protected This content is protected Now i wonder if Oscar really did came in at 147. :think This content is protected edit: this is how it looks at fight night if a welterweight Oscar fights a lightweight PAC. The only advantage oscar has is height and pac even has a 1 inch reach advantage. This content is protected
WTF, who cares when it comes to fight time. Bets are in and everything. I suppose this was done to make it look like Oscar didn't beat the **** out of a guy so much smaller than him, lo and behold he got his ass kicked. So now I can't trust even the tale of the tape:-(
Interesting :? You need a fight night tale of the tape for DLH's arm length though. I think he probably did weigh in at 147, if not no more than 150. Either way HBO did altered some ****. Dissapointing to say the least.
Wow, HBO seems to f*cked up... Didn't knew that.. How the heck did Pac reach got shorten??? Also Hoya got shorten also big time.... Did they really intend to make Hoya small? I know that's a stupid arguement but that Tale of the Tape does looks suspicious... But that doesn't matter right?
compubox is sh*t... a feint is counted as a throw even....some power punches are counted as jabs.... even some hits doesn't get counted.
Oscar is 5'10 1/2... and all you proved is that they shortened Pac's arm length for his fight against Oscar. How does that mean that they tried to make it at close as possible?:huh Also, in one poster they are talking about REACH... in the tale of the tape on HBO's broadcast, they were talking about ARM Length. Two different things, as Oscar obviously has a broad back/shoulders which is added in on the reach. In reality, Pac had been weighing in as a welterweight on fight night for quite a while. The only real difference in size come fight night was Oscar's height. Also, none of this **** even makes sense anyways. The entire fight was BILLED as little Manny moving up to fight against the much larger Oscar. That is all that everyone talked about, and that was one of the big selling points of the fight! It kills me when people act like all kinds of crazy **** was done in order to try and make them look closer in size.:-( Oscar was NEVER a big Jr. Middle... he should have ALWAYS been fighting at Welter. Manny is clearly most comfortable entering the ring at or slightly above the welterweight limit come fight night. Other than height, Oscar is not much bigger naturally than Pac is right now. Pac has much thicker arms, legs, deeper chest, bigger head and bone, showing thicker bone structure, ect.... Which is why he can only stand 4 inches shorter than Oscar and still outweigh in come fight night. Stop trying to act like HBO or anyone else tried to make Oscar and Pac closer in size when most of the intrigue of this fight was how they were billing Pac as the smaller guy moving up in weight, and Oscar as the larger guy moving down. It isn't as if the commentators didn't talk about that either.
oscar's fight night arm length still gives me doubt. :huh Yeah... they didn't even show oscar's weight. And then suddenly show it when he fought pac?! @ 147 LOL...
