    Naturally I don't need to tell you what inspired this topic

    I was just thinking, I bet £120 on Haye (£50) and Mitchell (£70) beacuse I belived that the way they 'always fought' would leave them in a 'spot of bother' against Valuev and Prescott respectively.

    That money went down the drain but my estimations of both went up as they showed versatility I didnt think they were capable of

    Do you guys have any other high profile examples of fighters succesfully altering their fighting style to overcome an opponent.

    @rangersfan, betting against haye wasn't stupid considering that haye hadnt done a thing at HW

    It wasn't a stupid bet in the slightest. He started at 2/1 then come fight night went into 5/6. You could've made your money by trading out.

    The fight wasn't as clear cut as everyone would like to remember. It ****ing stank.
