Most people here are just discussing the incident, you seem to be the one who's upset my friend.

Oh yeah, he sure did. Kind of made me laugh when he did it. The guy is the epitome of doing whatever it takes to win. But, that stuff has no place in boxing.

He still bit his hand though. Are you implying that it didnt happen? MAidana said floyd's glove was in his mouth.

I'll be the happiest man on this planet when that worthless POS really retires for good. I don't hate anyone Believe it or not I actually feel sorry for Floyd. He has the natural God Given talent to be an ATG. Sadly he was cursed with the cojones , courage & ethics of a **** ant. He will never be regarded as ATG just another terrible waste of talent

If there was a bite just examine floyds glove since he stated the skin broke in the ring. if the skin broke the leather had to be pierced. The gloves are examined after the fight and any breaks would be obvious.

floyd is not a dentist so why are his fingers in chino's mouth??? I know in football if this happens the guy bites the other guys fingers it happens.

based on instructions he got from garcia chino may have bitten him. Floyd was clearly covering his face and maybe cutting of chino air.

FYI IF YOU ARE NOT A DENTIST AND YOU PUT YOUR FINGERS IN A GUYS MOUTH YOU ARE GOING TO BE BITTEN.

Come on man you can't be that dense. Do you know what an expert witness is? Have you ever watched a trial. The prosecutor has his expert witnesses and so does the defense. They are all just as qualified but they are both saying different things. It' s who you wanna believe. Now let me say this I could give less than a rat's ass about what some dentist says because I can think for myself. I'm not saying that Maidana bit through the gloves. I know what I saw and I saw Maidana's mouth locked on Floyds glove and I know for a fact that the human jaw can produce enough pressure to do damage. It's like falling down on your knees in a good pair of jeans. You might not put a hole in the jeans but when you raise up your pant legs, your knees are scarred up and bleeding.

This would be and abrasion and yes it can cause bleeding. However in this case floyd just held the glove over his mouth. It did not look like he was raking the glove accross the teeth to cause an abrasion. The glove would have to be punchered to break the skin like floyd said.

but chino may have bit him it just didnt break the skin. But what i think it was just another mayweather mind **** on chino.

I used that blue jean analogy because people were saying that because the glove weren't damaged then Floyd wasn't damaged. You can't say that and be correct. I never heard the bleeding statement and I didn't see any blood but that doesn't mean that damage wasn't done because jaw pressure on a finger can cause damage and numbness. With that much adrenaline and emotion at play, you would be surprised at what the human jaw muscles can do. After all, we are predators.

As a dentist that makes mouthguards for many athletes, including champions such as Manny Pacquiao, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and Donnie Nietes, to mention a few, I was surprised by Mayweather’s claim.

People who know nothing about mouthguards will easily believe that Maidana bit a chunk of Mayweather’s glove as some reports stated. But to people like me who make hundreds of them for athletes from many kinds of sports, I found that claim to be ridiculous.

Mouthguards are made thick at the edges where the teeth are located particularly at the area of the front teeth. I do not care how hard Maidana can bite but I find it impossible to bite a chunk of Mayweather’s glove with his mouthguard on!

“He bit my left hand so my fingers are numb,” Mayweather apparently stated.

    Huh?

Maidana must have an extraordinary large mouth to fit all of Floyd’s fingers which were protected by his thick glove.

Really now Floyd, how can your fingers go numb?

But you certainly gained the sympathy from those who know nothing about mouthguards, their design, fit and function.

But to a guy like me who is very familiar with them, I say your claim is a lot of bull!
