A lot of Tyson's power came from timimg and angles.......... H2H there's many bigger fighters that had more sting in their punches but couldn't execute the way Tyson could.

..that's the bobbing attack..shufflin' in driving hard with his legs..gaining maximum leverage..combined of course with great hand speed/timing and accuracy..and..as the topic of the thread points out..good head movement..:good

as posted in the vid, alex knows how. he has the fundamentals. he doesnt always use them, he doesnt always listen. fighters are like that. all athletes, and even ordinary people find it hard to make good decisions or directions under preasure. thats what SAS military train for. being absolutely ****ed, under preasure and still be able to do mathematical or take difficult instructions. its part of their training, they understand the difficulty of correct decisions under preasure.

im sure....i know alex is in a better state of mind for the future. i assure you, no stone will be unturned for the rest of his career.

it comes down to the fighter. you cant make a fighter do anything. its the will, desire, attitude. its a lonely sport. your trainer can be your best friend. alex and noel are pretty close....

..and the SAS just use basic drills..done as close to perfect as possible..until the movement can be carried out perfectly under the most extreme conditions..
..and the same applies to learning each boxing technique..
..practise doesn't make perfect..perfect pratice makes perfect..that's one SAS sayin' or quote....

..i think Bruce Lee quotes somewhere that you only use what you practise..so never abandon practicing your basics..ya bread and butter..

Just as a Matter of interest . A friend received a text the day before the Lewis fight. It read " go and back Lewis with all the money you have got". " Tyson has not trained at all". Sadly it came from inside the Tyson camp.
