'Worked with' and 'trained' are two very different things. Even if you've said hi to someone you can claim to have worked with them, it doesn't really mean anything though does it. S**** seems to be a fan of credit by association so this is probably just another example of that.

Hi guys thanks for the replies.

On further inspection this is the exactly problem I had... and I never realized it until I checked this video out lol...

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ul9o8PdI9g

And on a side note I been told I do move my head when punches are thrown at me (for the most part lol)

It's just in the past when I threw combinations myself... I would come in straight like Pacquiao without any real head movement.... and get clobbered by a skilled boxer/counter puncher type who can capitalize on it :(

Well at least now I know and I will work on it..

Thanks again all!!! If you got any other input please do not hesitate to add it here.

    :)

Reason He is unable to move his head, are because his feet are to wide.

How's his feet to wide if he was a orthodox the feet would be at 1 and 2. Eventhough his heels aren't standing on a straight line.

Okay let me explain to ppl what saying doing so that there's no misunderstanding of what's being said. What your talking about is the philly crab. It goes like this, on straight line place both heels. Making sure that the rear heel is under the armpit. It gets more complicated. But I think that you're sacrificing some of your offence I.e the right hand.

Feet are always in line if you think about it, its where the head is in relation to them.

What do you tell Olympic trainers today who want the feet wide apart inorder to get off the right hand. For once I'm agreeing with you that it's a better stance. Because you don't even have to move the head just the chin on straight punches. But what do you say to the trainers.

That the body whichever side is being used, cant work without the other, it works all or nothing as ive always said, both sides work together. Just doing opposite jobs.

You can't get the right cross off! They'll say that the lead foot has to up and move over to the left an 1-2 inches inorder to get the punch straight.plus if you've got thick shoulders it'll slow down the movement of the shoulders. Understand what modern Olympic boxing is the head centered over the shoulders and lifting of the elbows punches the formula is punch frequency X punch location X punch technique = the battering ram. Is the hook much harder than the modern hook?

Your stance walking gate, imagine your right heel has eyes, and it cant hit, what it cannot see.
