S****! DW has a point, for an example you've claimed Cornelius Carr as your protege yet his stance is the antithesis of what you call feet being too wide. Carr in his video instructionals says to place your feet wide enough to a part to be able to kick a football.

Carr is on the same page as my boxing coach where the heels are wide a part. I'm unable to post but if you go to my boxing coach who is a fan of Mike Tyson he'll give you detailed instruction. Your stance is the skateboard is something that Carr is against because " you need two hands". It seems that the prophet's star pupil is teaching heresy to new recruits, why is that s****.

"I lost the fight to Sam Solimon by a point because I couldn't get the right hand off". That's what my trainers are telling me s**** when your heels line up your offence is limited.

now i see this posts... tai chi you are completely clueless hahaha :rofl

first, s**** said the right thing - body moves the head! You have to move whole body, from your fingertips to shoulders when you move head. This way you can also throw hard punch while avoiding his, these are 101 of boxing.

and this peek-a-boo, its an inside guard, you cant be squared up while in long range - even tyson got in regular guard and jabbed while trying to get inside with peek-a-boo and put his shots.

I dont wanna read further after this ignorant posts, i now that the rest is bull****.

Are you still living in England working as massage therapist. We all know the philly crab mate. The problem is how to be able to get the right hand off. As DW stated if you're on the ***** of your feet your loosing balance and power. If your dropping your loosing power too. Read his posts there very informative.

Yeah! S**** one of the old trainer here lines his heels up. The question is where is your left heel whilst throwing the right cross?

Where it can see what its aiming for, the front foot isnt blocking the view.

Is the left heel flat or elevated? Remember DW's principle of balance if there isn't a complete stop a lose of balance will incur. 2. Principle is if the lead heel is elevated there exists no power and no balance.

If the front heel is on the floor, half the force goes with it to the floor, not through the fist especially, if you are turning the backfoot as you should. You are not throwing a ball, different mechanics. Plus punching is about staying back in balance, utilising feet knees and hips to keep the head balanced, and where it should be. Front heel on the floor is breaking, to stop you falling over, its your break, waist of energy.
