You do have a point on the fighters of yesteryear being overrated, but there are quite a few who transcend era. Robinson, Ali, Louis, Pac, Roid Mayflower, the K2, Tyson, etc.

Some of the old HW champs couldn't contend with guys like EROD today. And some of the LHW champs wouldn't make it past Malinaggi.:think

You have a point that this is a new era of boxing and Floyd is a brilliant fighter... But I don't think you have considered all the facts before you started using words like "dominate." Not only that, but I think you failed to even watch any video on SRR. He punched wide when he needed to, not out of habit. SRR had as close to picture perfect punching technique as anyone on the Earth. His left hook was a thing of violent beauty.

And did you really mention his 18 past-prime losses to middleweights and light-heavyweights?
