Shane and PAc were never true pfp #1. Shane gives Floyd trouble at lightweight, but I think Floyd becomes to defensive for Shane and gives Shane a boxing lesson. You can ball PAc up and throw him in the garbage as both Shane and Floyd take Pac out at 135.

Pacquiao is higher than them head to head but at lightweight it's Mayweather.

Mayweather 1st. Mosley 2nd. Pacquiao last (Manny isn't a real lightweight).

Shane and Pacquiao were both pound-for-pound number 1. I have magazines to prove it. Give me your address and I'll post them to you, seeing as you seem to be confused.

nope. floyd would be hard-pressed to continue to be p4p#1 while he is doing the wwe stuffs and was too inactive prior to retirement. even if he didn't retire there are talks going on already that pac would surpass him due to his bull**** activities.

Shane, then Floyd, then Pac. Neither Floyd nor Pac have done as much @ 135. And Shane was a beast @ that weight! That was when he had the total package. Speed, skill, incredible power, a body attack many can only dream they had.
