absolutely the same sentiments...but in three years time, i would favor lopez over guerrero...gamboa is a good prospect too.

i think valero is nothing close compared to ortiz..

Ortiz is a southpaw who has genuine punching power, technique.....has been down before but isn't trying to say he is already the most feared fighter around or try and hide the fact he is fighting bums, he is being brought up quite well.

Valero on the other hand feeds on bums, almost falters in his one step up in opposition, has terrible technique, but everyone just denys this and act as if he is the next Gomez/Zarate/Zamora/Jackson/Tua-style fan favourite puncher.

When Gamboa was at SFW and Valero was WBA champ, I would've put my house on Yuriorkis beating Valero. And that was after about 6 or seven fights. Imagine Valero's senseless clubbing, Gamboa could keep his hands as low as he wanted, he still would've been teeing up on Valero before smashing him down to a stoppage.

If Valero was weight-drained, turns up at LW and starts looking good (his power hurting and stopping genuine classy opponents) Hell, even Valero beating Katsidis would be enough to convince me he is the real deal (a top Contender at least)

Some people even have Valero on the fringes of a P4P placing. Unbelievable.

And as for his stablemate, 'two-weight World champ Linares', he is a genuinely skilled guy, but still, he is fighting nobodies. I'm starting to think the Teiken gym is ****.

i do not think that gamboa wold move up in the next three years..but victor ortiz wold be the man to retire pacquiao and is the next big thing. i just hope that juan diaz would redeem himself for it would be a war if ortiz-diaz fight @ 140...forget hatton, he would be retired after taking a brutal beating from pac

Vitaly is in a different class. Wlad is a cheap imitation of Vitaly, but still comfortably the best of the rest. When Vitaly wasn't there Wlad was the best for a couple of years.
