I agree but most is unjustified. Posters saying he “wouldn’t call out Lara” yet he gave him the rematch. Or guys saying he ducks Galahad yet he beat him then just beat the guy that KOd Galahad! no consistency.
It's cheating, ie against the rules. Much like any sport, cheating is part of the game, some of it is accepted some of it isn't. Some sports frown more on cheating than others.
Fair point, other sports are evolving though and using video referee systems, microphoned refs, goal line tech, hawkeye etc. The ref has a minute between rounds in which he can watch the replay to see if a cut was caused by a punch or a headbutt.
Football will never be able to eradicate cheating. Like i said though there is levels of cheating and dishonesty especially in football, its interesting what we allow and turn a blind eye to and what we frown upon. For eg. In football why is diving or claiming a foul when u were never touched more frowned upon than a player claiming a throw in knowing fine well it came of him last. Both are seeking an advantage and looking to regain possession, one is hated and players get vilified, the other is accepted as normal and fine. Bith are cheating and dishonest, I just thinks it's interesting how society can accept certain things and not others that are very similar
