Bump I see the winning fg2900 has got good rewievs. anybody here got experience with it? also is it true you can't get the in Europe? If no does anybody know a good place to buy them?
You'll have to order the Winning FG2900 through Winning-USA. They deliver to Europe but it's going to be a very pricey headguard, considering they've recently put their prices up by 25%. That said, if you have the money - get it.
I had no idea you could pay so much for a headguard. I paid £30 for a BBE one 6 months back. Gives me great protection and isn't heavy either.
Yeah, I live in the U.S. and I was going to buy the FG2900 but it went from $200 up to $250 shipping not included. From the research that I've done, I hear good things about the Ring To Cage, Mexican style headgear.
I have been searching the net, and people is praising it to the skies. I am going to order it later today or tomorrow.
If you have the money go for Winning. It'll probably be the last headgear you ever buy. Saving up for one to buy soon. It's a shame hardly anybody sells used ones in UK.
Does anybody know if it is safe to buy from winning over the net. My mother is looking for something that proves it is safe. If anybody could show me that it would be nice.
Yeah it's safe, but sometimes it can take a while for them to actually charge you for their products. The website doesn't look up to much, but it is safe.
By the way, make sure you have money to cover the shipping costs that don't show on the order page. They don't ship for free.
I use the lonsdale one. http://www.ringside.com/ringside/lonsdale-amateur-competition-head-guard-16.html It wasn't $70 when I bought it. It was on sale, but its not a bad headgear.
