I hope it is not true but friends of mine in Tulsa say that Green is being treated for colon disease again. Possibly colon cancer. If this is true, it is very sad to hear. He was one of the better prospects in the middleweight division.
That blows man! You know what if that happens then I hope he retires and some big network picks him up as a fight announcer or something, he is a very smart guy and if he does have cancer he doesn't need to get beat in the head for a living.

I hope this is not true. I do not have a high opinion of Green as a fighter, but I think he is outstanding on he mike. If he does still have health issues, I hope someone will make use of his talent.
not often i agree with booradley , but as an orrater on boxing green is very very good. articulate and anylytical and a tv natural.
