Heard on Hot 97 This Morning: Tyson vs Kimbo

    Anybody hear about this. Hot 97 is a pretty big radio station and they announced this and were talking about it. There has to be some merit to it I'd think.

    They all agreed that Kimbo wins this now, but wouldn't even come near a prime Tyson.

    I hope this doesn't happen :-(

    I heard that this morning as well. I don't think those two know what they're talking about. Mike Tyson is not fighting anyone.

    kimbo doesnt have the discipline or skill to box. his strengths are his ability to charge and tackle ppl. nothing against him but hes just not a boxer.

    he never tackles or charges anyone when he fights! he beats absolute bums by throwing his punches against individuals that do not have the slightest reflex to defend themselves.

    Don't think it will happen though. Tyson can make money in so many other ways. Even if he wanted to get back in the ring, why would it be against Kimbo? He can fight Holy...:rofl

    Kimbo got exposed by that cop.

    Can't believe how weak he looked in that fight.

    For his size and build, he actually seems to seriously lack power.

    Like a lot of street bullies, he throws arm punches. That won't work in a boxing ring. How about he gets in there with David Haye?

    Yeah, based on Tyson's recent interviews and common sense, there's no way this is happening. It's probably just a rumor spread by Kimbo's team to get some hype behind him.

    Nope there is not , the MMA is hoping to lure Tyson into a cage fight with Kimbo which I doubt very seriously .. 42 yr old, cigarets , drugs and 40 pound over his prime fighting weight says he wont do it ..

    Yeah I heard that too. Will it be in the cage or in a boxing ring? I don't know where they got that info though.

    hot 97 probably picked up on that lone source which was posted yesterday and they needed something to talk about.

    btw: tyson should pull a tommy morrision by agreeing to the fight under mma rules, than force boxing rules, and ktfo kimbo on 3 weeks of training. it'd be an easy mil or more.

    Tyson is done fighting he's 42 years old :-( and probaly weighs 270-280, and his chin and reflexes have long left him, if Slice wants to fight someone at Heavy let his ugly ass in the ring with Klitchko or Peter and we will see him get a beating he'll never forget..

    I doubt the fight happens, and hope it doesn't also. I don't need to see Tyson wrecked again to pay Uncle Sam.
