Hearing it could be BATTLE of Cyclopes... Brook vs Margarito @154

Meh.... Brook may be damaged goods now, but he's still relevant.. Margarito has been damaged goods since before the turn of the decade and is old now. Would much rather see Margarito step in with Angulo. That's a nice little novelty and more in line with Margarito's last two comeback opponents. As for Brook? Feast on a few lower tier domestic-european level opponents while trying to lure Khan into the ring. The fight would be massive and generate some life into Brooks career should he win.

 

The Tijuana Cyborg wears down and stops Brook in the late rounds. Hell, Spence just did that. Brook has lost to every high level fighter he faced, quitting against the last two out of three. And people think he can handle the man who destroyed prime Cotto and Martinez?

There are levels to this, people. Brook is not on Tony Margarito's level.

 

I'm thinking Brook is maybe a tiiiiiiiiiny bit more accurate than Margarito, so if this is a "target his damaged eye before he can **** up mine" race I think we probably don't have to worry about it being a photo-finish...

 

This can't be serious, Margarito hasn't been relevant in almost a decade
