Now call me a conspiracy theorist but a big stumbling block in Wilder and AJ not getting made was initially Hearn, he had to be removed completely from negotiations.

Seems to be potentially happening again here with Arum and Hearn.

Hearn is playing games, trying to get advantages for AJ and he thinks he is clever and will make Fury look like he is the one who has pulled out or don't want it.

AJ fought in december, Fury hasn't fought for a year, Hearn wants this dragged out for as long as possible, hopefully giving Fury serious inactivity issues or even better for Hearn and AJ.. Fury starts having outside boxing issues.

And it will happen, Fury at some point will say "F This" and go and fight, then it will be all Fury's fault the fight didn't happen.

AJ will have to go off and fight mandatory challengers and Hearn and AJ can milk the casual fools for more PPV monies for a couple of years,

Because deep down I don't think Hearn believes AJ beats Fury, especially if Fury is fit, fighting fit and close to any kind best, Hearn said months ago this fight was "easy" to make and Fury agreed in principle.

So what's holding all this up?

I believe it's Hearn and AJ and I don't think Fury will have it much longer, he will make a move, he can't sit there for 18 months to two years messing around while Hearn gives his IFL interviews telling everybody it will be all done soon.

That’s a lot of blaming Hearn and AJ without any evidence, especially when Fury could have fought in December aswell. I suspect it’ll be made soon for July in England when social distancing is over.

It's worrying this fight still hasn't been agreed yet.

Yet amazingly the world's biggest star Canelo goes freelance and the first guy he hooks up with is Eddie Hearn.

Clearly though Eddie Hearn is the problem when trying to make fights.

You're joking right ? Hearn is the one that sent the contract. Arum was the one that asked for tweaks. If Aj beats Fury i dont want to hear any excuses about inactivity. I remember reading a post 3 years ago saying Aj will KO Fury and then people will blame Furys long layoff and say Fury wasn't the same man that fought Wladimir and Wilder.

Looks like its about to happen.

The stumbling block for AJ vs Wilder wasnt Hearn it was that Wilder, Haymon and Finkle had no interest in making the fight (as per the half dozen career high purses turned to fight weak oppenent for the fraction of the money and Dibella comments after he was the only in team Wilder who had interest in makig the fight).

Again, I don't see what Hearn is doing wrong in this instance. He again seems to the promoter with the most confidence in his fighter and certainly appears to the promoter most keen on making this fight.

I didn't say he was the only stumbling block but he soured his relationship with them to the point they wouldn't negotiate with him around the table.

He now seems to be rubbing up Arum the wrong way.

    Just an observation.

Fury was the one who pulled out of his December fight, you can’t blame Hearn for his inactivity.

Hearn is an annoying bull ****ter at times and loves the sound of his own voice but it’s pretty clear to see from the years he has been involved with boxing, he is quite easy to deal with and is not hard to negotiate with . If anything from what I can see he has time and time again paid or agreed purses to fighters who you could call the b side or at least on paper the one bringing less to the table with very big numbers that they probably don’t deserve or wouldn’t get elsewhere!

From the outside looking in it’s clear to see the old guard especially the American promoters seem to be very bitter and jealous of the way Eddie conducts his business . I don’t see many if any fighter say a bad word about Eddie.

ha literally just watched a video of him explaining about this on YouTube apparently Canelo bought him them as a gift a while back some dolce and gabanna pj’s!!

Not like Eddie to try grab some of the limelight very uncharacteristic of him!

The Hearns have always been easy to deal with. That's why they've been so successful and why the old school promoters dislike them.
Mickey Duff went ballistic because Barry Hearn paid Frank Bruno his full £1m purse for the Joe Bugner fight bang on time. "They'll all expect it now", raged Mickey, who'd been ripping Fighters off for years.

Serious question. Why do people hate Hearn? Is it a genuine hatred or is it just to come across as a hardcore boxing fan etc. I know he comes across a bit of a nob at times but what salesman doesn’t.

Boxing in this country had stagnated massively before he came onto the scene. I dread to think what it would be like these days without him.
