A promoters job is to "sell" his fighters. Hearn has been doing that better than any other promoter for years hence why Matchroom has taken over. The more he is in front of a camera talking up his fighters, scheduled fights and future fights the better - it's common business sense. As for whether you like him or not, I don't mind Hearn. Would you rather Hearn or Don King who has ****ed over many fighters time and time again with shithouse contracts or Warren who's cheque's bounce? Whether you are willing to admit it or not, Hearn has been a huge positive for British boxing.

Of course people watch the interviews. That's why some people hate him. They watch him and take a dislike to him. I'm pretty sure that's what it is.
That's true. The same seems to be the case with the boxers too. Look at the amount of people who hate Fury or AJ or Whyte or BJS ...... they still seem to often be the ones who watch the videos. I guess that's fair enough.
It's a weird trait. Look at people like Mourinho he gets more click than anybody on these football sites. Howard Stern perfected the art of attracting haters then people have followed suit ever since.

But when Hearn said it perhaps Arum didn't agree with its accuracy. Either way, they should both shut up and let us know when it is signed. Instead of telling us "it's on ..... but not signed".
Also, to be fair to Bob Arum, for an 89 year old man, he's far from "washed up". I'll be pleased if I'm doing as well as he is at that age.
I wouldn’t. It’s a bit of a sad existence at his age craving attention and to be in the spotlight. I’d rather be sat at home with the (great) grandkids with my feet up.

Arum is a very hungry and driven man Take liking him or disliking him out the equation,anyone that shrewd,and willing to still be at it at his age deserves a bit of respect imo The world and it's fruits don't just come and leap into your lap
