Hearn claims he doesn't think Wilder wants to fight Joshua/Wilder responds

Hearn is a clown and Joshua a liar.

 

"One more fight then Wilder" followed by "One more fight then Wilder" followed by "One more fight then Wilder".

Just stop Eddie. Stop!

 

Before You all throw rocks at coward Joshua and liar Hearn just remeber that "official" Ruiz also want ("want") fight with Wilder.
We dont know what Wilder want in negotiation. Maybe its all part of it.

 

What a shame if these 2 don't fight in December/January.

I'm done caring at this point, I've lost count how many times they've said it's on or almost on and in the end nothing gets signed, nothing gets confirmed.

Joshua is rebuilding and Wilder has been MIA while failing to make a mandated fight with Andy Ruiz Jr. Both lets be honest are waiting for the that Saudi money but there's no real guarantee that ever materialises, which means there is no guarantee this fight happens. Any talk of them fight right now is pointless, I just wish both sides were honest in this regard and not just talk **** about a possible fight.

Wilder is right that it would be a shame if this fight never happens. But the real shame is it didn't happen when he was offered the fight multiple times when they both held all the titles when this fight really mattered. So they are now left hoping for Arab money to bank roll this fight instead of relying on a PPV to actually finance this fight when people cared about the fight.

 

This is a fair take but obviously just one side of the story. Wilder might also be pricing himself out which wouldn't surprise me. After all its Wilder looking for a cashout not AJ

 

Wilder nowhere near old-and-shot-to-bits enough for hearn to let AJ in with.

 

I'm pretty sure Wilder wants the fight, but I am sceptical whether Joshua really wants it.

Eddie Hearn needs to stop knocking other fighters to promote his own.

If Joshua wants to hang with the NBA & NFL stars and be considered a peer with respect (which we all know he wants) he needs to fight Wilder.

 

AJ needs to sign with Queensbury.

 

Wilder is the major disaster in the history of the sport.

 

Both of them want the fight, the money just isn't there. The mistake they made was waiting on the Saudis, given that the Saudis were trying to hype up a fight 7-8 months in advance. It was dumb.

Joshua has had an okay year -- at least active -- whereas Wilder has been completely inactive and just gotten a year older without making any money.

I don't really blame one of them over the other, but it's all-around greed that has stopped this fight for years. And as time goes by it gets less and less interesting. I wouldn't even care as much if the upcoming HWs were any good, but we're about to enter into a very dark era at that division.

 

Wilder used Joshua name during his WBC reign. Now Joshua and Eddie doing the same.

 

Wilder has literally been sitting around for a year now just waiting for that phone call to say the Joshua fight is on !
