The deal appears a long way off. Pity, as Hearns says, it's the biggest fight out there.

When quizzed on Wilder's team not travelling to the UK...

"It's not the Olympics we are dealing with here. There's no necessity for people to visit each other's cities to get the deal made."

When it's suggested Joshua could have gone with Hearn...

"Absolutely! A return airfare is peanuts compared to the money involved in this deal."

Chill out bro....Unlike Wilder, i don't want a body on my record.

Let's hope they can get the deal made. Interest in this fight is off the charts now. It will be huge if it happens. Huge!!

It was only Eddie's first offer.

It seems to me whenever aspects of the negotiations are laid out before the public in this fashion, the fight is a ways off.

I've been saying that for some time.

    Negotiations have just begun.

What did Hearn say when he submitted his opening offer?

'Here's something to get their attention' - or words to that effect.

Hearn didn't expect for a second they would accept his first offer.

Hearn making all the moves here, Wilder doesn't want it, that much is obvious

Wilder does not want to fight Joshua. He will fight Breazeale next because Breazeale is owned by Haymon and was knocked out by Joshua...............Wilder will never fight Joshua, he is afraid that he will get knocked out, and I believe he will................................so, there will never be a Joshua/Wilder fight..............

AJ should have gone full Conor McGregor and turned up with a little mob and gone savage.
